COMBATERCISE BOOT CAMP March 13, 8-9am

WE ARE MEETING SATURDAY MORNING MARCH 13TH

AT THE BORD WALK AREA NEXT TO THE HILTON

HOTEL OFF HARRIS BLVD. WE CAN GATHER NEXT TO

THE PADDLE BOAT AREA. WE ARE MEETING AT 8

O'CLOCK UNTIL 9AM.

 

Fitness Boot Camp classes starts on March 13th at

8am to 9am. Classes will be held outside at

Cordelia Park (NoDa) area, Reedy Creek Park and

UNC Charlotte.

 

Classes are not expensive. I don't use the word

CHEAP because you don't want CHEAP instruction,

right! I put a few options together for you:

 

1. If you pay for all  3 classes for the week in

advance, the price is $25 per week or $125 per

month (this addsup to $8 per class)

 

2. If you choose not to pre pay, the class is $30 per

week or $180 per month ($10 per class with a 2

class minimum-you have to come at least two time

per week because the only way to achieve your

goals is to participate).

 

I will send out addresses for Park locations

Tuesday. I will be starting a forum for Boot Camp

members to stay in touch and talk about your likes,

dislikes and so on.

 

Building a social group is one real ingredient in

succeeding in your fat loss and fitness journey. If
